Our mission

It is a multidisciplinary private limited company registered in the Office of Company Registrar , Ministry of Industry and in Internal Revenue Office, Ministry of Finance for VAT.  It has been established with the objective of rendering trainings and consultancy services in the field of Supply and maintenance of various biomedical equipment, Health and environmental sector. It works in the areas of institutional strengthening, enhancing competencies and skills in enhancing organizational and personnel capacities to address issues of sustainable development. It mainly focused in Designing, Planning, Organizing, Training, Monitoring and Evaluating Information Solutions. LLEP has implemented / is implementing numerous projects related to Supporting to strengthen health facilities and institutions, establish a resource center and provide the quality service of institutional promotion and professional development, providing efficient service for planning, implementation, monitoring evaluation, research, studies, and business development for national as well as international organizations. It also focuses on Production and management of skilled human resources for government, non-government and corporate organizations, Facilitate and support in formulating rules and regulations, bi-laws, policy, strategy, guideline and working procedures of the organizations registered as per Nepal Government’s rules and regulations. Organize, conduct and facilitate training, seminars, workshops and orientations for capacity building of human resource on various aspects of organizational management in and outside of the country.   • Deals with water treatment plants which supplies ultra violet and reverse osmosis systems-Reduces physical impurities, calcium, magnesium, salts, chlorine through silver impregnated activated carbon and bacteria, virus, parasites through ultra violet. Design and estimate the irrigation system according to need and the source of water for Public.

Survey of arsenic and other pollutants in ground water and river water for safe public drinking purpose

The  objective of this study was to assess the water quality of groundwater in Birpur Barahi, Kochabakhari and Lalapati VDCs of Saptari district and get the information on groundwater pollution with special emphasis on identification of arsenic contaminated shallow tube well in the VDCs as well as other physical and chemical hazards.

NAGDHUNGA TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
LOAN AGREEMENT -
GROUNDWATER CONDITION SURVEY IN THE VICINITY OF THE PROPOSED TUNNEL ALIGNMENT

Nagdhunga Tunnel Construction Project is the first road tunnel construction project in Nepal being built with Japanese loan assistance. The total length of the tunnel is 2.69 km. 

​Service provided:

Updated the existing sources of the springs and groundwater wells in the vicinity of the tunnel alignment and carry out the monthly discharge measurement of the springs and record water levels of the groundwater wells located in the vicinity of the tunnel alignment. Proper data management for further analysis.

Tanahu Hydropower Project

Client: ELC  spa Italy/GEOCE Consultant Pvt. Ltd./Govt. of Nepal, 2019 to date


Tanahu Hydropower Limited (THL) is a subsidiary company of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) established in 2012 to develop 140 MW. The project is a storage type plant capable of supplying peak power for minimum of 6 hours daily


Service provided:

Analyze pre-defined physico-chemical and biological parameters of the river water, air quality, noise level using accepted tools and techniques.

 “Strengthening end to end flood early warning system and preparedness for effective disaster reduction and resilience in Nepal (SEPEDRR) project with support from USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) in partnership with Nepal Red Cross Society’s (NRCS) Dang district chapter in West Rapti and Babai Basin and with NRCS Surkhet Chapter in Sotkhola Basin from September 2018 to January 2021.

Melamchi Water Supply  Phase II Project aims not only to  supplement water of 340 million liters per day to ongoing 170 million liters per day capacity water supply system of the Melamchi Phase I but also aiming to supply quality water to
Kathmandu Valley population.


Service provided:

Analyze quality of future diverting water from nearby Yangri and Larke Rivers. Measured flows to estimate target of 510 million liters per day from 3 rivers and through tunnel from the Melamchi valley to Kathmandu Valley to Water Treatment Plant at Sundarijal, which after treatment
will feed into the improved distribution network. It is hoped that the total of 510
million liters per day capacity water supply will alleviate the chronic shortage of
potable water in Kathmandu Valley on a sustainable and long-term basis, and
thereby improve the health and well-being of inhabitants.
